Meet Astrid Caring about our customers – and each other

Astrid Bergan Eriksen has worked for 21 years at VENI Metering and is now employed in the project department. Among her tasks is maintaining contact with both managers and tenants in buildings serviced by VENI Metering.

Customer contact is one of the things Astrid enjoys the most about her job.

"I appreciate collaborating with operations managers at the customers’ sites and electricians who solve tasks together with us. While working for the customers, we also find time for many enjoyable conversations."

The work environment internally is another important reason why she has stayed with the company for so long.

"Many of us have worked together for years and know each other well. There is a lot of fun and laughter, good cooperation, and colleagues who care. If you are up against a challenge, there is always someone there to help."
